American Hardwood industries is currently looking for independent owner operators with 40-foot chassis trailers. We ask that the owner operators currently have a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one. We have consistent steady loads moving containers of lumber and logs to ports in Norfolk, VA and Portsmouth, Va. The loads will be coming out of AHI locations in:
-Lexington, VA
-Waynesboro, VA
-North Garden, VA
-Amissville, VA
-West Point, VA
These will be live loads and require an overweight permit for up to 90,000 lbs. The cargo weight is typically between 52,000 and 55,000 lbs.
Load rates are negotiable
