Requirements:

Regional Dedicated - Home Daily
$2500 sign on bonus - $1400 - $1600 per week - HOME DAILY
Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily.
• Must live within the hiring area
• Required to unload freight using a powered pallet jack (training provided).
• Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays within your scheduled workweek.
• Holiday weeks, including the week prior, are mandatory.
• Operates 7 days a week, primarily overnight.

• Home Time: Home daily
• Delivery Region: Dedicated deliveries to Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV).
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
• Annual Earning Potential: $75,000+
• Loads & Miles: Average of 4 loads per week 2000 miles
• Length of Haul: Average 490 miles per load.
• Equipment: Slip seat
• Backhauls: WV loads return via Indianapolis (Indy).

Pay Structure
Experience-Based Pay
• 0–12 months: $0.53 CPM
• 12–36 months: $0.55 CPM
• 37–60 months: $0.56 CPM
• 61+ months: $0.58 CPM
• Unload Pay: $55 per full unload
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop (including first)
• Sign-On Bonus (SOB): $2500 total
