Job Description:
Location: Los Angeles, CA | Pay: DOE | Full-Time, Onsite
Lead our warehouse team and streamline daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Receive, store, pick, and ship products efficiently
Maintain accurate inventory and fix discrepancies
Lead cycle counts and improve inventory accuracy
Train, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff
Ensure equipment is safe and well-maintained
Handle staffing, hiring, and team building
Work with QC/QA for inventory approvals
Must-Have
3–5 years warehouse management or supervision
Proficient with WMS/IMS systems
Knowledge of warehouse SOPs (receiving, picking, packing)
Experience with cycle counts and reconciliation
Understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Nice-to-Have
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
